"Spacious rooms and large yard space!!!!The ceiling in the kitchen was cracked.The tub in the master bedroom was cracked.Every closet had random items thrown in.Found a few dead roaches.The patio could use plenty of cleaning.The drive way is so steep, good luck getting a car up it. The yard needs some maintenance.Nicest thing at the property was the washer machine...that we didnt use."

The driveway is not “all” car friendly in any way Unless you drive a SUV or a truck, your bumper scrapes And it’s nice and all, having a lot to park in otherwise, but incredibly inconvenient Sorry, because to unload, one has to walk all the way around the fence verses pulling and a few short steps to the front door. And lastly, it’s in a ghetto. Questionable people...
