“Love the personality of the property - no plain vanilla at Cotton Court! Staff was friendly and efficient, room was comfy with great amenities.”

“Rooms we reserved were not agreeable,we opted for different rooms and were told I would get a credit as the ones we selected were less. I have not received this credit”

“The rooms were hot and so was the fridges but by the second day fridge in one room had frozen over. Bathtubs didn’t have plugs, and the toilet in my mom’s room wobbled. When I asked housekeeping if I could just give them my trash they made a face and didn’t answer me so I made sure to put it in their big bag myself. Only one ice machine was working for the entire building. Had to go all the down to the first floor for ice everytime”

“I just left this Hotel, I cannot stay there after my long driving. The room is much different and awful than the pictures those display in Expedia App, also including some smelling, a kind of moldy air.”

“We switched rooms at least 3 times and by the 3rd room I gave up. The outlets were sketchy, the microwave looked like someone was cooking something other than food amd the roaches were horrible. There was nasty unmentionables all over the chairs amd the floors. Housekeeping was nearly nonexistent. Oh yeah and the AC didnt work very well.”
