“Great location and what a view! Would stay here again for sure”

“The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. On top of that the pool was closed on our side of the hotel/building, front desk said that the other side has the pool but closes at 5pm in VEGAS!!!! Like it’s……

“Hello, I wanted to share some concerns about my recent stay and request your help in reviewing whether a partial refund might be appropriate. When I checked in, I asked if it would be possible to place my room on the same floor as another family member staying at the hotel. I was told that because my reservation was booked through Expedia and listed as a private room, the hotel was unable to make any adjustments and that I would need to contact the host through the booking platform if I needed……

“There isn’t a fountain view and the check in is with the security. Not the hotel lobby. You stay in line for a while to be told to go check in at a different place. And the security team isn’t always there. So you have to wait more time. Not convenient at all. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. There were some black hair all over the chair. For this price and the poor service, you’re better off staying in an hotel nearby.”

“I felt like the walk from the front entrance was quite the distance and you could only catch ride shares from the front entrance. Discovered this the hard way. This particular room had to be close to the pool and club area as you could hear the music late at night.”
