"Clean room no complaints "

"I know it’s not their fault, but the smell was unreal on the property. It smelled like sewage so be prepared. You also need an ID to purchase a mini sprite. Overall, the staff is pretty accommodating and the location is great. It’s literally just the smell and the sprite issue that caused a problem. P.S. They also have a magical room phone, so use it to your advantage."

"First time in Vegas and I had to waste HOURS just getting the right room. They have a new iPad kiosk for checking in which has a lot of bugs. Then gave us a one bed room instead of a two bed room, situation I was in made that unacceptable. That meant I had to stand in line for two hours. I wish I was exaggerating when I said that. They gave me a proper room and said they were going to give me a $200 credit along with compensation for the room stay. With this solution, it made all that waiting slightly worth it, but after an hour of using the kiosk and finding the original room, then the two hours in line, we then had to go and find the new room. So, three and a half hours later we finally had our new room. Before we left the next day, having only one night in town, I went to the front desk to confirm the compensation I was promised the previous night. I assumed confirmation in person would be easier than having to call later. This led to yet another half an hour of the staff trying to find my reservation and then tell me they don’t compensate room fees when the reservation is booked through a third party. I then had to be escalated to a manager, then the managers manager. Another half hour later and they would only comp the parking for $20 and resort fee of $45 as well as the $20 tip I gave at a restaurant. They wouldn’t comp the room even after all those hours of horrible lines, confusing hotel layout, and overly expensive food and drinks. Will not recommend this place."
