"My reserved room at Wynn was switched to Encore. We had quite a bit of luggage, are both old, and it's a haul. No bellman was offered. The shower is beautiful but disappointing - very conventional shower head. And of course this being Vegas you get cleaned out in every possible way. That said, both Wynn and Encore are stunning properties. I only had night but I'd have stayed happily for a week. Very well-done. Excellent beds, large rooms, a somewhat annoying iPad control system, but yeah, this is a lovely place. "

"Incredibly disappointing stay. I was really looking forward to staying at the hotel and the room itself was very nice but everything else was terrible. Check-in took 35 minutes and I completed the online check-in at the same time that I got to the front desk so no time saved over standing in line. However, the hotel mistakenly assign me to a room that was already occupied and I walked in on other guests in their room. I returned to the front desk and it took them over 20 minutes to assign me a replacement room that was also a downgrade from a king that I booked to a twin queen. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a $100 dining credit with the hotel. It was late and I was tired so I figured that was good enough. I dined at the Noodle Shop and Citizens. The food at both restaurants was terrible with the Noodle Shop food tasting stale and Citizens under cooked and the breakfast burrito was loaded with cheap ingredients extra tortilla large potato chunks I couldn't even taste the chorizo. As bad as the food was the service was even worse. In addition to the long wait times at check in and check out the serving staff at the 2 restaurants and the 1 coffee shop I visited were rude and unpleasant. They seemed very unhappy to be at work and greeted any request with groans or stern glares. To make matters worse the $100 credit I was promised was never applied to my account. Overall, a colossally disappointing experience for a stay that I had very high hopes for. "

"⭐️⭐️ 2/5 – You get what you pay for I stayed at The STRAT from March 6–10, and unfortunately our experience wasn’t the greatest. On the first day, we tried to shower and realized we had no hot water. I called the front desk, and the representative told me to “run it for 20 minutes” until it warmed up. We had plans, so we ended up taking cold showers. We were in the “updated” Vegas Tower, but the room didn’t feel upgraded at all. The bathroom barn doors don’t seal, leaving about a two‑inch gap where you can clearly see the toilet and shower. If you’re hoping for any privacy, don’t count on it. The next day, we still had no hot water, and even after calling again, no one ever came to check it. We just dealt with it because our days were already planned and we didn’t have time to wait around for maintenance. We also had no towels in the room. I called the front desk, but no one ever brought any. I ended up finding a housekeeper in the hallway and asking directly. For the price I paid, I’d rather spend a little more next time and stay somewhere else. The property itself isn’t terrible, but the rooms are definitely not as upgraded as advertised, and the service was disappointing. If it’s your first time in Vegas and you’re on a tight budget, this place is okay. But if you can spend a bit more, I’d recommend staying somewhere else. "

"Anymore booking through Expedia is difficult because properties do not honor any of the one key reward hotel perks. Also property is dated. We had a power outage our first full day. It was just out. No messages about it or apologies. "

"I was there for a work function. The only negative i have is the masive perfume sent they pump in. It actually was uncomfortable to breath in the casino. We had 17 people there and all had the same feeling. "
