“I didn’t feel this resort delivered the experience it promises as you arrive. The reception area is lovely. The room was pleasant and the balcony large but the bathroom felt tired. The staff were kind to replace my comp red wine with white which I appreciated. I didn’t feel the staff promoted the facilities. The pool bar staff waited for you to approach them. It was mentioned in passing that the beach was through the sister hotel but no sign posts to tell you how to get there. The breakfast……

“Schönes Boutique-Hotel — perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Lindos Alles super! Für Ausflüge nach Lindos und in die Umgebung ist das Celestial Lindos Suites ein perfekter Startpunkt. Das Zimmer war stets sauber und gepflegt, die Mitarbeiter durchgehend sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wer gerne den ganzen Tag am Pool verbringt — auch der Poolbereich war stets sauber und einladend. Lediglich beim Frühstück ziehe ich einen Punkt ab — es könnte etwas reichhaltiger und abwechslungsreicher sein. Ansonsten……

“Wonderful stay with wonderful staff and good food. Cannot fault hotel at all. If we were to come again, I would definitely think about renting a car as we spent too much money on taxis to the old town. Had a great boat trip to the Symi Island which is definitely worth a look. Great shops and restaurants as is the old and new town on Rhodes”

Besonders begeistert haben uns die wunderschöne, gepflegte Hotelanlage mit den tollen Pools sowie der direkte Zugang zum privaten Strand, perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, frisch und wirklich hervorragend. Einen Stern ziehen wir jedoch ab, weil das Essen am Mittag und Abend leider nicht dem restlichen Niveau des Hotels entsprach. Hier hätten wir bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie deutlich mehr erwartet. “Wir hatten am Anfang ein Problem gehabt, in unser gebuchtes Zimmer gebracht zu werden. Wir konnten erst gegen 20 Uhr in das gewünschte Zimmer rein. Frühstück war super lecker. Das meiste Personal war super freundlich. Die Lage ist ruhig und angenehm. Privatpool sehr schön. Spa und Gym sowie Internet und Kommunikation über deren App definitiv verbesserungsbedürftig.”

“Das Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Wir haben die Baustelle/Abstellkammer bekommen. Die Decken waren höher als das Zimmer Breit war. Die Tür zum Zimmer hat sich nur mit Gewalt öffnen lassen. Auch der Mitarbeiter musste die Tür mit aller Gewalt aufreißen. Vor dem Zimmer gab es einen kleine Vorraum der als Lagerfläche gedient hat, für die Materialien zum Umbau. Der Schrank im Zimmer hat nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Das Badezimmer war eine reine Baustelle. Die Dusche hatte keine Wände, so dass das……
