Five star experience at dinner from all the staff. Stunning surroundings within the complex. We were lucky enough to be surprised with being upgraded to one of the best villas. Never experienced this before and wondered what the catch was, but no catch. We really appreciated this wonderful gesture! We are already planning on returning, when we were there, a few other people were returning guests, which speaks volumes. "Exceptional Service and Unbeatable Location I recently had the pleasure of staying here for two separate reservations, and my experience, particularly during the second stay, was absolutely outstanding. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area without any hassle. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. They are super nice and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable—not just like a guest, but like good friends. It is clear that they genuinely care about your well-being and are consistently polite. A special mention must go to Katerina. Her problem-solving skills and people skills are excellent, and she handled every detail with grace and efficiency. She is clearly a great leader and role model for the rest of the team, setting a high standard for hospitality. To top it all off, the food is great. Every meal was delicious and well-prepared. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and high-quality stay!"

"Staff fab. Room lovely. Loved balcony. Breakfast good. Could have done with extra toilet paper, they didnt add an extra roll when cleaning. Shower slightly grubby looking but was actually a fabolously powerfull shower. Maybe just needs a paint."

"Lovely hotel, wonderful views - bar and reception staff were excellent. Lots of nice touches and features. If this were a four star hotel I'd be rating it excellent. Gripes: Breakfast had a huge range, but few coherent meals - missing basics like strawberries, bananas (most days), granola. The pool bar staff were lovely, but the cocktails were essentially 11 euro waters. It took 48 hours after requesting it for our private pool to be cleaned - despite us watching them clean pools in empty rooms. Our "skyline view" room had no view of the sky until you went out onto the terrace - the rooms are oddly nested so that your pool and terrace is elevated - so the view from your bedroom is essentially a wall. We went very early on in the season, but it felt like we were a dress rehearsal for the season. We did not take the half board option, and I'm very glad we didn't as the majority of options were buffet dining - which never feels special. We opted to walk 2kms most nights down the main road to restaurants - but appreciate few would want to be doing this, so you're either paying 15 euro taxis to get to restaurants/nightlife or you are accepting you are in one of three venues to dine your entire stay. Overall: it was a perfectly pleasant place. If you just want to switch off and be taken care of then you'll have a fantastic time. It is a 'big' hotel and so it naturally lacks some of the personal touches. It was one of the cheaper 5 stars, but still felt 4 star. "

"Aweful. How to make people feel like they haven’t paid enough to warrant good service. We just did Half Board- and clearly this hotel prefers AI clientele. Couldn’t get nice coffee because we hadn’t paid for some package, so instant only. Couldn’t get sunbeds near the beach because we hadn’t paid for some service. "
