“The room was surprisingly comfortable. Nice bed, nice sheets. A little odd upon the entrance of the building as you enter into a shared kitchen space. There is however a small fridge, two burner stove and microwave in the room. Parking was the only issue, it is right next to Ballard High School so parking was non-existent during school hours and the couple hours after. I had to park three blocks away in a no parking zone to check in. Yes all the no parking zones closer to it were already……

“I stayed here for three nights while on a business trip. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was useful to make a light meal, but there is no cutting board for use. However, plates, pots/pans, cups and utensils are provided. The building has a secure entry and you need a code for the elevator as well, so I felt safe entering the building. The rooftop was a nice perk. It is loud because of the proximity to the freeway, however a white noise machine and ear plugs were……

“A brand new facility minutes from Pioneer Square. Exceptionally well outfitted (toaster, fridge, freezer, microwave, 2 burner induction plate, cups/glasses, silverware, etc. etc.). Small but comfy, with chair, sofa and desk / desk chair, so possible to work or just relax. The bed in my unit was up on a loft and required going up a fairly straight up metal ladder of 5 steps. OK for me, but don't book this for your elderly grandparents. Absolutely a great place for my needs and very good value for……
