“I liked the thoughtfulness and generosity of the staff and their friendly interactions. I also appreciated the late check out because I overslept.”

“We stayed in room 3 and although there was a disclaimer about the noise from the street, it did not mention how bright the room is even during the nighttime. There were blinds on the windows but they did not keep light out very well. Room darkening shades or curtains in addition to the blinds may have helped. It did not get dark over night. We found it difficult to sleep past 6:00 am. One side of the mattress sloped and it could stand to be replaced. We also found the common areas to be in……

“Hilton Grand Vacations Club Maui Bay Villas is an exceptional beautiful property with a great room layout and upscale furnishings that make you feel like you’re staying somewhere special. The staff was very helpful with expedient chech-in/check-out, detailed information about property layout, services, and other amenities available. HBVC has pride in their property as the grounds themselves are beautifully maintained with the several pools, waterfalls and an adequate gym. Plus, the property……

“We had a lovely stay at Kevin’s condo. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked up on basic spices, condiments, coffee, etc which was a bonus. Kevin also provided beach supplies such as beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc. The location is great. It’s close to many restaurants and right next to a beach where you can spot turtles! Also this place has a pool and hot tub jacuzzi which was our favorite after a long day. And there is laundry available in the condo complex……

“Very good place to stay. Very clean 100% recommend.”

“The property was adequate including washer/dryer in unit. Area was quiet with ready access to beach. Located centrally to access multiple activities around Maui. Host was informative and available for all concerns. We would engage again in the future as needed.”

“I saw a scorpion on the floor of our room, the refrigerator make a lot noise and the room is very small.”

“Excellent accommodations for my family- my husband is disabled and we had a handicapped parking spot almost every day and the ground level condo was so convenient. So close to a wonderful beach- Haycraft Beach Park and many things.”

“Everything was very clean, we had everything we needed. Caretaker was extremely nice. Place was exactly how it was described. Beach was within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“ Kīhei Casita House Stay (above the Main House): just lovely - would stay there again - reasonably priced - fully functioning everything - and easy outside access - we actually stayed in the Main House for one week and then one week in the Casita - while in the Main House the Casita was occupied and no noise issues at all. Fairly easy access to beaches and beach shopping. Excellent communication with host.”

“Overall we had a wonderful stay as we visited on a family vacation with our 3 children. Staff were very friendly, pool was great, beautiful location! I will say though that the beds were horribly uncomfortable. My husband had to quite literally sleep on the couch cushions placed on the ground as the bed was extremely hard, shook constantly due to any movement. I slept on the bed with our baby and didn’t sleep well the entire week. This is the only issue we had as the matttess topper also was……

“I would not stay here again as the walls are VERY thin and you can hear everything all your neighbors are doing. Also, the "partial" ocean view is heavy on the partial. HOWEVER I do want to call out the man and woman that work the front desk, they are FANTASTIC. Very helpful and accommodating and friendly. I would stay at any hotel they were working at.”

“A very peaceful property overlooking the ocean. This was a wonderful getaway for my wife and I.”
