“It was a strange set up but it worked great for us. We didn’t see staff for more than a few minutes the entire week stay. No frills, for sure, but that helps keep the price down. Location is fantastic. Very close to the beach and we even had a little bit of a view! Parking lot gets full but we always managed to get parking. My kids loved the pool.
Kitchen was well stocked. Having a clothes line to dry our stuff would’ve been a huge help. We used the balcony but the birds made a mess of some……

“员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。
第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。
5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。
最后一天退房，前台居然没人。
总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。”
