Decent, but not exceptional like it was a few years ago when we first visited. Customer service was mediocre; the safe in our room never worked, despite us reporting it several times, and there were many other minor issues.

We loved staying here and highly recommended it. Only thing that people might not like is the solo musicians play till 11pm every night. We didn’t mind it since we are not early birds.

From check in to check out very accommodating and friendly. The grounds were beautiful! Beach front was great for being in Key West! Room was comfortable and clean. Restaurants were great. Best side of the Island to be on. Everything was walkable. Right at the end of Duval. So many options around. Perfect spot!

"Elevator was down. All of them. My dad is handicap and their only solution was to give him “waived parking fee”. Not really a solution… in the meantime, I’m Hauling everything up 4 flights of stairs. They should’ve waived the parking fee for everyone. We’ve stayed here before. And came back an again. ..."

"The floor in our room was filthy dirty!! Shower and sink was clean. When I went to take a shower and closed the shower door the soap dispenser fell off the wall.
