“Great stay on Against All Odds!! Ian was very helpful host, quick to respond. Boat was very clean and comfortable. No disappointments, was exactly as advertised. Amenities at the resort are first class, we even had a free bbq one night complements of the marina. Free shuttle to downtown Key West made going and coming convenient. A neat experience to stay on a privately yacht rather than a motel!!Will definitely book again next time we visit The Keys. ”

“Tina was a thoughtful host, but amentities were not as reflected. Most importantly (1) the main bed was not a "double bed" but a twin sized bed, not suitable for sharing and (2) the toilet is not a standard toilet but a pump boat tolilet requring water to be poured from the sink - this may be standard on a boat, but it was a suprise to folks who may be less familiar with boats. There were some other issues which might be attribuatable to the folks before us trashing the place.That said, it was a……

“My husband and I stayed here for 10 days. It was a very nice,beachy feeling the minute we walked in. The walls were freshly painted aqua blue that gave you a relaxed feeling. “The location was perfect for a family trip. We were close enough to venture downtown, but far enough away that it was quiet and clean. Chris’ communication and recommendations were impeccable! We had an absolute blastAnd would 100% recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Key West. Our only complaint is the pool could have been just a tad warmer. ”

“This is really 2 reviews. One for travelers that have overnighted on small to medium sized sailboats before and a second one for those who have not. 1\. For sailors. No surprises, comfortable V berth that would be tight for anyone over 6 feet tall. Galley with propane stove. Above average shore facilities with showers and laundry. Owner requests the head (toilet) only be used for "emergencies". Not sure what that means so you may need to clarify with the host. We just used the shore……

"I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The facilities are outdated, and the room I was given initially had a very small balcony with a broken balcony door that wouldn’t close properly—possibly due to humidity and poor maintenance. I booked a “sea view room with balcony” online, but the balcony was tiny, there was no sea view at all, and the door was broken. When I requested to cancel the booking upon check-in, the hotel refused. They offered to change my room but only to one without a balcony, and refused to refund the price difference. I had booked for two nights. The front desk told me that if I didn’t stay the first night, I could get a refund for the second night—but not the first. I asked to speak to the manager, and they said the manager would only be available the next morning at 9 AM. I reluctantly stayed the first night, thinking I would speak to the manager the next day and get the second night refunded. However, when I finally met the manager, they said the second night was also non-refundable. In the end, I paid full price for a room that did not match what I booked and received no compensation or proper assistance. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
