“The photo shot from above from the outside of the building is abit misleading. The lower building on the left is the apartment and the high building next to it is a large separate home, so you can’t actually see the bay unless you walk to the water edge for a slight bay view. The houses across the little canal are quite close and you can easily hear any conversations, etc. There was a never-ending stream of little ants on the kitchen counter and up the wall to the cabinets, even after the owner……

“The house was ok. Very cute. Furniture is very low and that’s coming from someone not tall (5’3) so if you are tall, you will not like the table, chairs, or living room. The house seemed clean but the coffee maker had old grounds left in it that were growing mold. I did notify the host and they brought a replacement coffee maker the next morning. Our baby is still crawling and her feet were black by the afternoon while hanging around the house. The location is good. The playground is ok,……

“Online photos did not match the house. You entered the house through one of the bedrooms. So privacy for those staying in that room did not exist. The extra you pay when checking in for the club amenities was not worth the expense. ”

“Just spent 4 days, was a absolute blast! The big house had a awesome screen room and views were incredible! Dock space was good but is a little limited for bigger boats. Was very dog friendly! Kids loved the pools and kayaks! ”
