9/10 太棒了！ (1,340 条点评)
The hotel is old (except for a few brand new rooms as part of the end of the pier. They seem to be living on the past and it needs a desperate revamp.
I would consider it very expensive for what is offered.
The additional resort fee I felt was not warranted for the marginal amenities (worn/torn/broken loungers on a tiny beach and access to the pool). It is just not worth it.
Outside of Tquila the staff were not particularly helpful or service oreinted. An example: the bell-boy watched me lug 3 suitcases and a backpack and never even offered to help (not even to open the door) when the lobby was not even busy.
Cleanliness was an issue (e.g. sand & dirt in elevators for the full 3 days we were there), some hairs in shower and a few other small issues. The lamp shade was torn, opne lamp not working, the toilet was constantly leaking...
I would rate it a 3 star hotel only and would not go back. I viewed other properties that offer far more for a similar price.
