“Great view!”

“We were looking for a quiet, serene place to get away from our busy lifestyle and that is exactly what we got! Gorgeous view and peace and quiet. When we arrived the property had not been cleaned yet due to a communication problem with the app and the cleaning crew being notified the previous guests were out. However, they immediately sent someone out to clean it for us and made things right. We would definitely revisit Deer Valley in the future.”

“The house was beautiful and the back porch view was amazing! It had very nice updated features such as the sauna showers, and hot tub. And it had lots of room for 15 people to spread out and do different activities. The pool and the creek area were further away than we thought ( about 20 minutes away ) but the grandkids loved going every day. I would definitely recommend it if you want a laid back, relaxing trip with gorgeous mountain view’s. We had a wonderful time !!!”

“I've stayed at many places and this place had one of the prettiest views. The view was 5 Stars and some of the home amenities were awesome too, like the massage chair and game room. However; apon arrival we discovered the AC unit above kitchen was leaking all over the place. We contacted the owner and he prompted us to turn it off and we used main AC Unit for a while but then leaks started coming from ceiling in other areas of kitchen and in dining area also. I was told HVAC guy would come out……

“The hotel has been updated and the lobby looked inviting. Much of the carpeting in the hallway looked as if there was black streaks of tar. Perhaps from workers who come in after their shift is over. Our bathroom floor was dirty and had long black hair on it, we had to clean it. The beds must have not been replaced after the remodel because they sank in the middle. For being a refurbished hotel, it’s not being taken care of well.”

“Friendly”

“The room was OK. Beds were clean, but not comfortable. The room was clean but the bathroom could've have used some extra cleaning. Staff was super friendly and helpful too. Overall, not a bad place to stay. The other hotel cancelled our reservation, so Quality Inn saved the day for us.”

“Highly recommended ”

“Breakfast was a disappointment. Very little healthy options.”

“Change the sheets on the bed.”

“Cheap room”
