Apartments in Red Oak for Rent

"This condo was unclean and unkept. Floors were dusty, bathrooms had urine stains, fridge was filthy, sheets were dirty, someone else's laundry was in the washer and dryer. Pool was dirty. Management offered to clean the room the following day but did not offer cleaner place to stay for the first night. That led us to book elsewhere. They refused to refund or compensate. There is no quality control and no accountability. My advice is too stay away."

"Shiloh Dwellings did not show up for check in, did not answer calls or emails, and did not provide a code to enter the building. After a resident let me in, Shiloh Dwellings had not cleaned the property after the previous tenant (soiled underwear visible in trash, towels in piles in bath, etc). They refused a refund through Hotels.com citing policy though they were unable to live up to their own instructions for visitors."
