“The first day I lived on the first floor was still noisy, and the bathroom leaked. The next day, the front desk service staff helped me adjust it to the second floor, and the whole was better. The attitude of the service staff is still good.”

“Rooms did not include the fridge indicated. Room 1 - toilet seat not connected, dead cricket on the floor by the toilet, wall nightstand on the left not clean, bath towels completely threadbare. 2nd night, moved to acceptable room with fridge; still no fridge for the 2nd room.”

“When booking the room we selected one with a sofa bed included. When talking to the front desk about it we were changed rooms 3 different times to a room with 2 beds. When walking into the room there was a horrific odor as if a rotten dirty diaper had been left. There was nothing that could have been done about it.”

“Beds are super comfy and cozy, but refrigerator didnt work and ruined our food”
