“The first day I lived on the first floor was still noisy, and the bathroom leaked. The next day, the front desk service staff helped me adjust it to the second floor, and the whole was better. The attitude of the service staff is still good.”

“The biggest highlight is the staff—they were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. The hotel itself is well maintained and has a lot of charm. Being a historic property gives it a unique character that's hard to find in newer hotels. My only real complaint is the noise. The walls and doors don't do much to block sound, and I could hear almost everything happening in the hallway. I'm a light sleeper and really value a quiet room, so this made it difficult to get a good night's……
