“Condo was very clean, bed was comfortable and hot tub was awesome. Great location and host answered any questions quickly. ”

“Excellent, responsive host. Very pleasant to deal with. Great communication, easy check in and out. Loved that this was pet friendly. Permanent resident owner on one side very friendly but does have cats- in case you have a dog that doesn’t love them! Little pet amenities: bowls, leash, rug area for food, pet bed, extra litter bags nice touches. Easy walking to sports center and pool and not far from the highway make this a good location. Nice salt water hot tub and well stocked kitchen. Host……

“Rental was clean and affordable on a nice location.Nothing particularly fancy, but worth the price.”

“Lovely place in a super central location, easy walking to old Bend and old mill district. Very well equipped and catered for all our needs.”

“Management group arrived about 1 hour after check in to clean and did not clean much more than change towels and linens. Floor was dirty and other areas as they were very quick with cleaning time. They put queen size sheets on large king bed and were closed for the weekend until we could get correct sheets 3 days later. Grill was a mess and askedmgmt company for brush but never received. Master bath tub faucet very hard to operate and owner did quickly send maintenance group but needs to be……

“This is a little gem, quiet and relaxing. Just a walk away from the river to walk, sit, and bird watch. A short distance to downtown restaurants and shops. Parking is right outside the place. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make tapas plates to sit on the deck. We loved using the coffee press and electric kettle each morning. The bed was comfortable and slept well. Games, book, and movies apps for entertainment. Thank you for hosting us!”

“Easy check in, great location. Not cleaned properly between guests.”

“Clean spaces, convenient location, great view of the river, and good communication from the host. Older building, but updated interior; quiet; There was a full size refrigerator in the kitchen, but there was also a small fridge at the doorway. We were not able to use the washing machine because it smelled like mildew. We ran the clean cycle, but did not use it.”

“Great location! Love being right on the river”

“The after hours phone ervice was very responsive and helpful both when we did not receive a checkin door code and when the one we got on our first call did not work. We appreciated the very serviceable kitchen. It is worth noting that there was a distinct smell of cigarette present in the room.unclear if that was coming off the walls or through the venting or from a prior occupant. The location was great with walkability to downtown and easy access to freeway.”

“Getting in, the poor bit: GPS directs you to Harriman St, which is really the winding drive through the condo complex, and has no street sign. The lock needs a check mark after the code. The ground level entryway looks discouraging, but we have stayed in a fine VRBO with the same entry, so no worries there. The Good bit: the rental agent answered my call right away and was very peasant and helpful. The room, the bad bits:What really creeped me out was the filthy screen on the sliding glass door.……

“The view is amazing! We loved walking on the river path, even swimming and jumping off rocks into the river. The AC was amazing. The only thing was the curtains were not block out curtains- so if you need dark, bring an eye mask.”

“Very cute”

“We loved the place, very cozy and clean had everything we needed. ”

“Great location and very comfortable space. We had a slight issue on Christmas Eve day and the management company was quick to respond which we really appreciated. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed. Only note is when you put the address into Google Maps it does not take you to the unit parking. We arrived in the dark and it was difficult to find. ”
