This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The way the rooms were assigned felt discriminatory. I strongly advise Asian travelers not to stay at this hotel. The hotel has great air conditioning! I was there during a heat wave & the room temperature could be adjusted unlike some other nearby hotels. The staff was polite and helpful. The tram is right outside the front door and only 3 stops to the train station. My only suggestion is to have a mini fridge. It would have been helpful for cold drinks and snacks during the heat wave.

This property sits in an excellent location which is close to the river, the river cruise station, the restaurant and the famous shopping street. A number of bus stops are also within walking distances. We got a junior suite and the room is spacious. I especially like the way that the toilet is separated from the main bathroom where the shower and the jacuzzi are. Yes, the suite has a very nice jacuzzi! If I have to complain, the TV reception appeared to have some issues since we tried to watch the World Cup and couldn’t really see clear pictures. Also, the door handle to the toilet was broken. Overall, great experience staying in this hotel!
