"Upon entering we learned that the Hotel is under construction with serious noise from 8-5pm. We had no choice but to deal as refund was not an option. If we were informed prior we would have made alternative arrangements. My son is autistic and has serious concerns with noise. We could not stay and utilize the hotel without his anxiety and made the stay very uncomfortable. I felt the stay would have been fine without construction and paying full service fee for stay leaves us in a quandary to stay with Hotel.com in the future.
