“Overall the house was excellent but lacked some basic amenities such as bath mats. Curtains would be beneficial, particularly for the south-facing bedrooms. Also, the deck griddle was rusty, unseasoned, and unusable. ”

“Not sure about the shopping part, we were the for a baseball game. The property was clean inside and out. The communication with the hosts could not have been better. It was everything we expected and more. We will stay there again. I give it 5 stars in every category!”

“This house is wonderful! Farm fresh eggs were left for us which we loved using during our stay. All the animals are super friendly! Loved feeding the horses and ponies carrots. Our older son had a blast fishing while our younger son played with the kitten or jumped on the trampoline. After a long day of traveling, the hot tub was just the ticket! Visited with the hosts several times, and they couldn't have been nicer. Will stay here again if we are in the area.”

“This is a great property. We had 3 adults and plenty of room. It was nicely decorated and had many nice features above a 5 star rating! If we travel back to Chapel Hill, we will definitely try to stay here. The city bus stops almost by the driveway and it is free to travel on it. We rode it to the N.C. University baseball park each day. The second day, the bus was a few minutes early and the driver actually stopped at the driveway and honked the horn!!!! I just can’t recommend this place……
