“This place is in a good location to explore Greensboro. That being said, there were some issues. The owner has upgraded certain things and other things could use better accommodations. The couch upstairs was stained and had some kind of substance on it. We had to drape something over it. The place had an unpleasant odor and strong smoke smell. The linens were cheap feeling and did not fit the beds. I reached out to the host and his response was “ I can’t control the smell.” and “ you’re welcome……

“This was really an apartment, not a condo. The carpet had some stains and there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke. The host was very responsive and allowed an early check in which we really appreciated. It was a good value however being in an apartment was unexpected. ”
