"Earlier reviews indicated they needed to replace blinds in the bedroom and this was still needed as well as a blind or window covering into the main living entrance of the cabin. There was no toilet paper or hand soap so I had to go out and buy right away. Otherwise, it was a nice stay overnight"

"Perfect hosts and so hospitable! They went above and beyond with us! This is not a stripped down place. Every where you look there's something rustic or homey or equestrian. They spent so much attention to detail, even cutting logs & kindling for the cabins. The property alone is amazing. It's adjacent to the National Forrest that gives so many opportunities to play. I will be back and feel so happy I met them!"

"Location is good with easy access to trails 26 and 27. This place is bare bones. Pretty much pack for camping and expect a roof, beds, a mini fridge and running water. Outside grill is small and ours was layered with bacteria from sitting all winter with food in it. I sent a picture and got a response back of “we are sorry.” That’s fine, but we brought stuff to grill and had to change plans due to this. Overall it was a good stay and the location next to the river is really nice."

"My husband and I stayed here for our 30th anniversary. It was definitely our favorite rental we have ever stayed in! The cabin was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. We spent every evening relaxing in the hot tub after a full day of hiking while watching Heartland (seemed appropriate for the area :)). There was little/no traffic...only the sounds of nature and the neighboring horses could be heard (and the occasional yipping of the coyotes). I loved driving through the neighborhood...

"It’s a small place but suitable for our needs. We have family 1 mile away and was over there most of the time so sleep and showers was all we used it for. It was very clean and location was great"

"We loved our stay in this home. It is so very unique! It was so clean and had all the things you would need on a trip. Towels , linens, sheets, paper towels, dish, soap, coffee maker, all the pots and pans you would need to cook……. We loved that there was a grill there! They really went above and beyond! We have stayed in many and this was our favorite!"

"The cabin is the best one we have ever rented. It is exactly as captured by the pictures from the listing. Spacious and renovated, cozy and conveniently located right next to the lake. Also equipped with pretty much everything a guest might need, including a baby crib and children's toys as well as a table tennis and darts for the adults. The laundry room was by far the largest one we've ever encountered. What we would recommend is more silverware and coffee mugs for large groups like ours....

"Great place and awesome location with very nice dock. The boat ramp was not useable for us (needed lake up a couple of more feet to get our boats in) but overall the place was outstanding with good parking area for trucks / trailers."
