"You get more for the cost compared to other places I've stayed, parking in the garage for me is a plus in view of safety, The only thing I suggest for any traveling to this location in a full size truck with 2 wheel drive in dry weather my truck experienced a little spinning climbing the incline driveway and the front entrance and decks can use a little cleaning prior to guest arriving. But over all we enjoyed our stay and will recommend it."

"What an enjoyable place to stay while we were visiting Big South Fork State Park. Quaint and quiet but not too far from everything. Clean, and good driving instructions to get to the cabin. Thanks for a great stay, will definitely be back if we are in the area!"

"Earlier reviews indicated they needed to replace blinds in the bedroom and this was still needed as well as a blind or window covering into the main living entrance of the cabin. There was no toilet paper or hand soap so I had to go out and buy right away. Otherwise, it was a nice stay overnight"

"Perfect hosts and so hospitable! They went above and beyond with us! This is not a stripped down place. Every where you look there's something rustic or homey or equestrian. They spent so much attention to detail, even cutting logs & kindling for the cabins. The property alone is amazing. It's adjacent to the National Forrest that gives so many opportunities to play. I will be back and feel so happy I met them!"

"Beautiful setting, cabin was comfortable and well stocked with kitchen supplies. The only tip I would offer is if you have a code to get in, write it down before you there just in case you don't have cell service."

"My wife and our 3 grand kids stayed here for our trip to Kentucky and Tennessee. What an absolute gem, the hosts couldn't be any better!! Easy check in, answered our questions and were extremely prompt!! The rental was more than we could have hoped for as well the hosts. My wife and I are hoping to go back for a full week (if not two) and just enjoy what there is to offer there. Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality and hope to be back in the future!!"

"Location is good with easy access to trails 26 and 27. This place is bare bones. Pretty much pack for camping and expect a roof, beds, a mini fridge and running water. Outside grill is small and ours was layered with bacteria from sitting all winter with food in it. I sent a picture and got a response back of “we are sorry.” That’s fine, but we brought stuff to grill and had to change plans due to this. Overall it was a good stay and the location next to the river is really nice."

We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. Once they provided garage codes we were good. You will need to carry luggage up two flights of stairs or walk your luggage all the way around to the front...
