“Our experience at Emrose was mixed. The cabin itself was very nice, clean and comfortable. Communication was acceptable, but not great. Shortly before we arrived, I received a message that my cabin was ready, and the key was waiting for us in the door (weird!). There was no one to check us in and greet us when we arrived. After looking around the property for a little while, we finally found someone that worked there. When we asked about using one of the hot tubs, at first, we were told there……
