My wife and I enjoy staying in places that are not the typical hotel chains...places that gave history and character. We chose this place off a website and were not disappointed. Cute little community and great little place to stay.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout my stay. While the inn is a beautiful historic home filled with marble floors and intricate architectural details, I was pleasantly surprised that my room also had some of the best air conditioning I've ever slept with. The staff are exceptionally kind, the historic property is full of beautiful details, and the marble floors add to its charm. The inn itself is a beautiful historic property with marble floors and gorgeous details throughout.

It’s a fun historical inn . Great staff. The elevator requires staff to run it but they responded quickly . Were some dead flies in the window areas between the inside window and screen . But a clean room otherwise . Great food n bar .

The location of the INN was convienet, however the parking was not great and limited. It made it hard to find a spot when returning in the evening. The water in the shower was not ideal and took a while to heat up and the shower knobs were faulty. The INN is older which is understandable, however the rooms are a bit dated. The ground floor and main level was very nice, as was the continental breakfast.

Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast, fun unique rooms. This is an old remodeled building that is probably not a good place to stay if you have a hard time negotiating stairs. Other wise I think you will enjoy it.

This October, my husband & I went to a Wedding on Lake Bomoseen, so we chose to stay at The Brandon Inn. We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful it was! This old building has such a relaxed Charm. Our room was clean and beautifully painted. It had very tall windows with an excellent view of the town green in front. We were lucky enough to have an Autumn Harvest going on this weekend. The Parking was easy and everything in this quaint VT is walkable. Lots of places to eat. We loved the very small Bar and the music room located on the first floor. The entire downstairs/lobby area is meant for entertaining. The Pool, Terrace and Lawn look so fun for a Summer Visit. Thank you! We will return!

When I booked this room, I did not realize the historical significance of this inn. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The structure itself is very old, but they have done a lot of remodeling to make the room and facilities nice and comfortable. It's like something out of a time capsule. It was such a thrill to get to stay in such an historic place. Would definitely stay there again!

So much character to the inn, definitely loved it and would return. The location is phenomenal too, very cute town. I gave it a 4 versus a 5 because when we arrived no one at the desk to check us in but there was a sign to go into the dining room for check in. Whelp, not a soul to be found. We walked around the downstairs area for a good 15min asking people if they worked there 🙄. Finally got a yes and the young woman was not immediately attentive nor apologetic. I would definitely stay there again and not let that one issue deter me.

The room was large and spacious. There was no hot water. We ran the shower for 10 minutes hoping it would warm up and it was not quite tepid. Wasn't cold but certainly wasn't warm. Told the front desk and they stated that it was an ongoing problem with some of the rooms. The restaurant on the premises that we were looking forward to trying wasn't open the night we were there. Elevator could only be used accompanied by an employee. Needs many updates.
