"Nice hotel, friendly staff. I felt safe, parking lot was lite up at night. Room was small, but adequate for my needs. There was a couple of things I noticed, that I’m sure they are addressing, because it is a new hotel. Water pressure in the shower was low, and there was a shelf above the sink that needed more support. Other than that, it was a great stay. "

"This is our third year renting with Beach Luxury Vacations, and they consistently provide great service and communication. The 2-bedroom condo is beautifully maintained, and the property amenities were a huge bonus. The large pool area, mini golf, and fitness center gave everyone something to do when we weren't at the beach. Blue Mountain Beach is one of our favorite areas on 30A because it's relaxed but still close to everything."

"This home exceeded our expectations in every way. The management company was so helpful and amazing. The home was extremely clean, beautifully furnished, and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor spaces were great for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location is excellent and the golf cart makes beach trips effortless. We would absolutely book this property again."

"Frustrating there was no one around for check in problems (no front desk at this property), their “app” with all the instructions and codes never worked, too much furniture in too small a space, hard to move around the suite, if you have kids beware they use glass tables and glass coffee tables. "

"Jeff is a great host. He knows the area very well and was always quick to reply to our questions. This house is perfect if you want easy beach access and also a private outdoor space."

"The host was accessible throughout stay. Condo was very close to the beach and had a wonderful view. The condo was somewhat outdated and needs updating and painting. The hot water heater was not large enough and we ran out each night with cold showers. The kitchen needs potholders and more forks and a Pyrex baking dish. "
