“The condo was clean and perfect for our stay.”

“Resort is located in a great area for so many options. You don’t have to leave the resort if you don’t want, with all the amenities. Beach, pool, restaurants, bars, golf courses, and more.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. We have a 2 and 4 year old and brought grandparents. The king room is very large and both closets are big enough for a newton baby crib or pack n play which made it incredible for both kids to sleep in our room. These apartments are built really well and are very quiet. We really appreciated this one because it’s an end unit on the top floor. The amenities are great. We grilled burgers while the kids played in the pool. We walked to the beach everyday. We were……

“Overall it was a great house and stay. There were issues w the hot tub temperature. Showers drained very slowly but to be say we weren’t satisfied would be very wrong. The 8 of us would stay there again and again. ”

“Beautiful place! Very clean, Graham was amazing to communicate with and extremely helpful with all questions.”

“Such a fun trip for two families with toddlers! The view was amazing, the location was awesome, the kids loved it! You can walk to the pool and the Baytown Wharf, which the kids loved. Just pack a stroller for the walk to Baytowne, and it’s perfect. We grabbed coffee at the Hotel Effie one morning, which was super convenient! The entire community was beautiful. The room was great. We enjoyed the balcony too. Denise was super nice and accommodating. Would def recommend for a family with small……

“Nice place, lots to do on the property”

“It was very clean, great view, easy access and friendly. It was a great vacation over all. We got to see the fireworks from our balcony for 4 th of July. The beach was very clean. We loved it”

“It was a great experience”

“We had a fabulous stay at this condo. The property was so clean, well kept, and provided everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom were fabulous. We were worried with it being small, but it was so cozy and well designed. We loved being so close to the beach access and enjoyed our chairs and umbrellas. Will absolutely stay again!”

“Excellent view of the pool.”

“We recently stayed for 7 nights. While the location is convenient, we noticed several cleanliness issues. First, the air vents in the bathroom and living room appear to have significant mold growth - it was very disturbing and had we discovered the issue sooner into our stay, we likely would have left for a different rental. Additionally, there seemed to be an infestation of small flying bugs all over the apartment. A collection of these bugs were stuck in a web in the lower right-hand corner of……

“We enjoyed our weekend stay at Lasata 3313! Everything was very clean and enjoyable.”

“We loved enjoying our coffee with a view of the ocean from the balcony each morning!! Wonderful, comfortable king bed. Great communication with host! Beach access was an easy walk just across the street. Condo was in perfect location to lots of bars and great restaurants. Looking to return ASAP!”
