“Very clean room. Nice bedding. Great breakfast service. Air conditioning works well. Easy parking.”

“It was ok, but dated. The bed was comfortable, but it was raised 32" so my wife, who is 5' 2" had trouble getting in it. The plastic around the microwave was broken. The room served it's purpose.”

“Close to water View. Good location to access breach, restaurants and shopping.”

“Really nice clean and cozy place close to the beach, we enjoyed the stay very much!”

“Come in from Waco to fish and this has become our stay of choice. Price , convenience, clean room perfect for fishing trip.”

“We liked the facility. We liked being able to cook our own food in the room. Ironically this led to our only complaint. Another resident across the hall had cooked and burnt some spicy Indian food and it stunk up the whole floor with harsh smoke that left us choking. That’s not the hotels fault but it happened.”

“There are lots of ants at the grass area . I means a lot of them they are building a lot of home. And there are lots noise at night specially sleeping time people still in the pool and playing out loud around 3-4 am. ”

“Room was comfortable Bathroom soap and shampoo was not included”

“AC didn’t work ,sink was filthy , just nasty place!”
