"Front desk staff, cleaning staff, and breakfast staff were all very professional and courteous. Front desk staff answered all my questions and provided me with small items I had forgotten. Cleaning staff asked me if I was checking out so they could work on my room which was efficient and possibly kept other guests from being disturbed. I may not be explaining it well but I thought it was a good thing. Continental style breakfast was fully stocked with tasty items; croissants, bagels, boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and good coffee. My room with two double beds had a mini fridge, closet, luggage rack, tv, desk, and small but usable bathroom. All appliances were clean and in working order except that there was a slight drip in the sink which I told the front desk only due to water waste. It didn’t bother me. My bed was comfortable and climate control worked fine. Parking was sparse and mostly metered. I did not partake in valet so I can’t rate it. All in all a pleasant stay."

"I had a great stay at this hotel during my quick turnaround trip to New York. The location was very convenient, with a gas station and several restaurants just steps away. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. The property was clean, well-maintained, and provided everything I needed for a comfortable visit. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay."

"I was attending a Wedding over the weekend and I received a Special Offer for a Big Discount for staying at the hotel From the Bride To Be and Groom When I looked at the Charge to my Charge Card it was $100 more than the Quoted Price I spoke to the front desk and I was told that it would be taken off on leaving the Hotel Yes it was taken care of and the $100 was Deducted From The Original Charge ! This was a Excellent Hotel and stay !"

"We were helped by Nate, one of the doormen/valet immediately upon arrival. Got our bags right away to the room. Overall a good hotel. My only complaint would be a leaky toilet that should be repaired."
