The room was extremely small — there wasn’t even enough space for two suitcases, which made the stay uncomfortable from the start. The bathroom was also in poor condition, with the ceiling showing clear signs of water damage and deterioration. Housekeeping was inconsistent and below basic expectations. We were not provided with fresh towels daily and had to call every single time to request them. The bathroom trash was not emptied during our stay, and when we finally asked for it to be taken care of, they removed the trash can and never brought it back until we called again.
