The room we stayed in on the 9th floor had slightly damaged blinds. It didn't impact our stay too much, but it's something that could be improved. Additionally, the internet connection was quite slow, so a stronger and more reliable Wi-Fi service would definitely make a big difference. I understand that prices can be higher in New York, but I was a bit surprised by the $200 deposit required at check-in. It wasn't a major problem, but it would have been nice to know in advance.
