“This was a great spot for our group. The air conditioning doesn’t really work upstairs, but there were box fans in the upstairs rooms that helped. We enjoyed our stay here and have no complaints.”

“The property was a great choice for our stay. It was located very close to transit. There were four of us and it was a good space for that many people. The living area was small but sufficient for 4 but would have been crowded for more. The stairwell was very narrow and no one with mobility issues should stay there. The refrigerator was very noisy. Overall it was a new, clean space and the Host responded quickly when we had issues with the tv and the coffee pot. Parking on the street was……

“Property was clean, host was very helpful and responsive!”

“Location location location. Very surprised by the size in a good way. Therese is great host. Responsive and respectful.”

“We had a great stay for World Cup weekend one. The location is an easy Uber ride to all of Boston.”

“My family and I had an absolutely amazing time. The view from the roof is something we won’t soon forget. It was wonderful being within walking distance from Fenway. We couldn’t have asked for a better Southside experience.”

“My family of 5 stayed here for 8 nights, and it was terrific. The host had great communication. The unit was clean and exactly as advertised. The Green Street T station was 2 blocks away (5-minute walk) and we felt very safe. The off-street parking spot in the back was also a huge bonus. The unit was clean and the balconies on the front and back were great to hang out on. No reservations giving the unit and the host 5-stars.”

“The apartment is nice, and the offstreet parking was a huge benefit. It was surprisingly quiet for such an urban area.”

“We had a lovely stay with family for a long weekend. Convenient to a lot. Loved the front sunroom. Good space for 6 of us. Communication was excellent! Check-in and out easy!!”

“Perfect little retreat for our few days in Boston for the World Cup can’t fault the property or the host at all”

“Location was great. Enjoy your stay.”

“Great location and A/C a huge plus! However, one of the beds was broken and made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. In general, furniture is uncomfortable throughout. If we stayed longer than a weekend it would have been a bigger issue. The unit was surface clean but not consistently clean throughout. Host was excellent with communication prior to the stay. Easy access.”

“Small unit, but very comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms was nice. Also very nice having a washer and dryer on site to do laundry. It was very convenient.”

“I was in town for about a month for medical purposes and needed to find a place that was close to DFCI but still also close to retail and restaurants. This pace was perfect.Cheryl, the property manager, was extremely responsive for any property questions I had during my stay which is much appreciated.I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.”

“The property was clean, well planned out with thoughtful touches throughout. The hosts were phenomenal. They checked in to see if we needed anything and responded promptly if we had a question. The kitchen was fabulous!! Overall an excellent experience! Definitely returning!!”
