I really enjoyed my stay at this home. It was equipped with the basic necessities which I appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. Will stay again.
Loved the location and setup, Michael the owner is extremely helpful and communicative. Lots of parking options and utilities inside were perfect. Walkable everywhere in midtown

Wow! Three blocks to my daughter’s house in the midtown area - the place was inviting as well asEquipped and comfortable. There for her wedding the proximity alone was amazing but the layout and comfort ? We loved it. Everything was accessible and easy to manage fromThis ideal location. WillDefinitely book it again and again - from the most quiet shower toThe most comfy and cozy of beds ! Hands down topOfMy list in Sacramento !
Overall a great place to stay, only minor complaints would be a smell coming from sink, and the housekeepers were still there at check in time which caused a minor panic since I couldn't find the keys, since they had them. Easily resolved and they were very friendly. Place itself is really nice with nice rooms and great A/C, would definitely stay here again.

We stayed as a family of five for two nights, checking in late after a long drive. The property has a charming layout with two separate bedrooms—a queen and a king room—plus a pull-out sofa.
Unfortunately, we encountered some issues: there were no extra blankets and bedding for the sofa, and we found the bedsheet dirty, complete with a fake nail and strands of dark hair. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was weak, and the TV in the main room was non-functional.
On the positive side, the host was responsive and quickly arranged for clean sheets. However, the king's room had a persistent old smell that lingered on our clothes. Also, be cautious of the recliner in the living room; it sheds, and we end up with leather pieces on our white clothes
We arrived on Friday but I suppose we weren’t aware it was upstairs. Having the a/c on to cool off the house would have been so awesome. It took quite a while for the home to cool off , and the second bedroom was “comfortable” bet never really was cool. All of the appliances and utensils were in good shape and plenty of items to use for the kitchen . I couldn’t locate any kids for the pots or pans. Perhaps not provided. As well as no “starter pack” of paper towels or laundry detergent. We couldn’t understand how the all in 1 washer/dryer worked completely so we just hung some of the clothing up after washing. Again a starter set of detergent would have been helpful. My grandsons dropped some toys under the sofa. Perhaps the cleaning crew could do a double take under the furniture as we found some items that were not ours along with a lot of “dust bunnies” the home was very comfortable but Definately a little more attention to additional items would have made it a better stay.
The space had a bunch of beds and spots to sleep. The kitchen and such was well stocked, we liked the bathroom as well, with both a bath and shower. The host was prompt with information and communications. The A/C was good overall, though it is winter as of writing. Good convenient space in Sacramento.
Very Nice space with a good location. everything was stocked and clean on arrival. Very safe parking.Central Location. Very close to public transit and grocery.***Massively unresponsive host! No recognition of us checking in and/or out.***
Such a charming space, well laid out, with everything we needed. We rented for 3 weeks while my daughter attended a class in Sacramento. I was worried about the summer heat on an upper floor unit, but the AC worked well and kept us comfortable. It's really a great space that felt open and spacious, while being cozy at the same time. I had never spent time in Sacramento and found it very walkable from this location. I would rent this space again.
Adorable craftsman apartment with a great layout. We loved how the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit — it worked perfectly for our group, especially with a 22-month-old and a few snorers. The AC worked without any issues, which we were especially thankful for with 102-degree weather. There’s a Keurig coffee maker available, but we opted to buy a pour-over from the nearby Co-op (about a 15-minute walk). Street parking has time limits, so we really appreciated having access to the gated parking space behind the house. You can hear the train crossing bells at night, which I personally found soothing. The only suggestion we’d make is to consider adding a gate or barrier at the stairway for families with small children.Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it!
