“The staff was very helpful, we were going to miss the 11pm check in deadline because of a train delay, the staff stayed until 1130 for us to make sure we had a place to stay. Also, we had trouble getting a taxi for our cruise and the staff found a way to get us there. Very helpful, very nice. One room for 8 people was great too. We were able to keep our family together in one room. Would stay again”

“The property is modern, large and well laid out. It sits well away from the centre of Imola in a residential area, on the corner of a main road. Having the windows open meant you heard a lot of road noise. You really need a car to be able to access this property, although there is a very good supermarket/shopping mall just up the road. The aircon wasn't working while I was there, it was 34 degrees outside. I left a day early to avoid sweating another night away.”

“At check in we asked about dinner, they also have a restaurant. The lady at the desk said they were full and we could eat at a different place down the street. I then made a reservation at the hotel restaurant using a translator app, surprise there was lots of room for dinner. When we sat at 1930 for dinner there was only 1 other couple there. I think they don’t want Americans there maybe.”
