“At check in we asked about dinner, they also have a restaurant. The lady at the desk said they were full and we could eat at a different place down the street. I then made a reservation at the hotel restaurant using a translator app, surprise there was lots of room for dinner. When we sat at 1930 for dinner there was only 1 other couple there. I think they don’t want Americans there maybe.”
“Think like a European old, 1950s beach town vibe; we are from the US and came down to Ravenna from Venice to embark on our cruise. For a 4 star hotel we found it quite old; hotel rooms are more like motel vibe, old fashion house key to lock/unlock hotel rooms. Old furniture but all in great condition/well cleansed. From our research and from exploring the area we found it the best hotel near the port. We would stay there again but just making the review aware it was most definitely an old style……
“Small room, even smaller bathroom. Very quiet room. Air conditioning is minimal. Can’t open windows because there are no screens on the windows. Had difficulty finding hotel limited signage, we arrived at night and spent lots of time walking in circles pulling our suitcases. Spent one night to catch a cruise the next day. I found the hotel interesting, used to be a residence of a nobleman that is why the is a private church as part of the hotel.”
