“Nice clean hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast . The rooms are good and clean. This hotel is far away from Ravenna and will cost you quite a bit too shuttle/ taxi to and from city. I believe it’s 60 Euros each way if you take the hotel Shuttle. We decided not to go back to Ravenna. Not far from the cruise terminal which worked well in the morning. Not much for restaurants or stores in the area.”

“Small room, even smaller bathroom. Very quiet room. Air conditioning is minimal. Can’t open windows because there are no screens on the windows. Had difficulty finding hotel limited signage, we arrived at night and spent lots of time walking in circles pulling our suitcases. Spent one night to catch a cruise the next day. I found the hotel interesting, used to be a residence of a nobleman that is why the is a private church as part of the hotel.”

“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”
