“El hotel es muy bello. El desayuno muy rico y el personal muy atento. Tienen transporte hacia el puerto para los cruceros, tiene costo adicional, pero muy conveniente y accesible.”

“Very out dated felt like I was staying at grandmas house. Nice two rooms, beds were hard but not to uncomfortable. Beds were 2 twins pushed together. Both rooms had electricity remote black out shades in both balconies so that was great. Both balconies made it really nice. Overall staff was nice and the place was clean. Great for 1-2 nights.”

“Beautiful property. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. Just one note: if you are driving into town, be sire to confirm parking situation with front desk. We weren’t given a parking permit upon check in (and didn’t know we needed one), so we ended up parking far away after driving around and looking for parking for some time. The permitted parking for registered guests is actually just a short walk away. Otherwise, the hotel is a short walk from the train station and……

“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”
