Such a great room for a great price. Great location. Great staff
Gréât hôtel, gréât location. There was a demonstration going on outside the hotel at the time and the noise could be heard from our room. The air vent in the bathroom was very dusty and requires cleaning. Could trigger allergies. I would stay there again.
The staff which were at work were brilliant. The staff outside protesting were a nightmare. You could not hear them in the room which was good. The hotel over all was 10/10 for comfort, cleanliness and friendly staff highly recommendable to anyone planning a trip. The hotel is also situated in a great ...
A beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood. I loved the park next door.
Unique and charming hotel. My only complaint is the room was very small. But, with this type of hotel it should be expected. The bed was comfortable and it was quite at night for a good sleep. The location was perfect, a couple of blocks from Fisherman’s Warf. Staff was very friendly. The charm and ...
I enjoyed being here again 11 years after the first time.
Location is the best, the staff always courteous and friendly!
Pros- Place is a historical landmark! Very pretty Victorian Era decor. Most of staff is great. Cons- Beware, bed is HARD. If you like a soft bed, run! You will not be able to sleep at all on it.
Superb location on the Cable Car Line & right on top of Union Square
The staff is very friendly and helpful. We tend to stay in more minimalistic hotels, but this was a fantastic experience. Beautifully appointed, great location.
Gina at front desk was awesome. She found us a room perfect for our needs. Even had a basket of snacks, waters, and bubbly to help us celebrate our Anniversary.
Location was great. Very clean. Good service friendly staffi
Nice little hotel, very clean and cosy, staff very friendly.
Magnificent hotel! Luxury boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious. The staff is excellent, from check-in to housekeeping, to the concierge, to the restaurants. Great bar. Love the spa. Pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam, a nice terrace and zen room. A hidden gem atop Nob Hill. Luxury with an intimate ...
Convenient location near Union Square. Old hotel with small rooms, but my room had been renovated and it was very clean.
i was so pleasantly surprised by this property. i typically stay in modern hotels with traditional amenities. i chose this one b/c of who i was traveling with. What a gem!! What it lacks in overstaffing, spas and modern art it makes up with warm welcomes, personalized service, inviting spaces to ...
Excellent location. Very nice front desk people. The folks that hold the door open were outstanding (Larry in particular). My only complaint was that I couldn't find an ice machine.
Quaint and close to everything. Hospitality is excellent!
