8.4/10 Very Good! (948 reviews)
Don’t be fooled by the pics they post on this site. Seriously! We were placed in the oldest, creepiest stinkiest room. Very, very dated. Looked NOTHING like what the site pictures show. Clearly only part of hotel was updated. Ever feel icky getting into a hotel bed or letting your feet touch the floor? This is that. When going to front desk because the key card wouldn’t work for second time in a one night stay- a person who’s tag said “manager” was on a personal call which she continued while I stood there then stated “Well someone is standing here, I have to go, I know, ugh.” That said, the cafe folks were super nice and that part of hotel was bright and clean. Gym was awesome. I HIGHLY recommend The Montvale or The Indigo as MUCH higher quality boutique downtown options instead of this nightmare.
