The rooms are large and clean. The overall hotel experience was fine, but not for the price of $500 a night. We were really disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay, too. On top of that, the customer service was lacking in many areas. During a call with the front desk about our reservation, an employee named Asia wasn’t very helpful and the next day, I spoke to someone named Miriam who has amazing and able to help with our reservation very easily. (There was an issue because we had two separate bookings because we added another night at the last minute and it was done in two different reservations. We wanted the resort to know so we wouldn’t have to check out, just to check back in again. Asia was not helpful and Miriam was awesome and made it super easy.) The service at the valet was also disappointing. Our party arrived late, close to midnight, and it wasn’t busy at all. There were at least 10 workers just standing around and not one offered to help unload our cars. It’s fine and not the worst that could happen but for the price the resort charges, the service doesn’t align at all. The only amazing experience was the spa- incredible service there!
