We used the valet parking as that’s truly the only safe way to park here without the chance of a parking ticket. The pool doesn’t open until 10am which can be good for quietness, but also makes a morning dip difficult. The proximity to the beach was the best feature as well as the attractive plants and setting. The room was clean, though it smelled like bleach when we came in.

The outside of the property is beautiful. The pool and hot tub look unwelcoming. The rooms didn’t feel clean. The smell was very stuffy. The shower head was so dirty and nasty looking. Water barely even wanted to come out. Was very sad for such a beautiful building. The people staying there were vary loud. The screaming and yelling was very uncomfortable. Felt unsafe.

We arrived on Saturday evening and were pleasantly greeted by the valet and the front desk staff. The lobby was well lit, the merchandise was fully stocked, and there were other guests enjoying themselves around the three fire pits on the property grounds. Our room was simple, it was clean, and well kept. We were very comfortable and very happy with our stay here! Will definitely come back, and I certainly recommend.

The property needs to be updated. For the price I don’t feel like I got my moneys worth. The bathroom needs updated and even though the staffed responded to our complaint very quickly and even offered us free parking for our stay. The overall stay was ok

While checking in I was informed I was being "upgraded" to a King Bed room, which is what I ordered anyway. Room 176: The bathroom smelled of mildew. The grout in the shower needs a deep cleaning or replacement. The heater fan in the bathroom rattled. We stayed 3 nights. Each day we received fewer and fewer towels. The dresser and desk were dusty our whole stay. The "patio" was not private -- people coming from the upper level had direct access. The screen door to the patio was ripped. The steel access door on Bath Street often did not close unless slammed. The steel mesh was slashed. Anyone on the street with a wire hanger could have hooked the inside handle for access. We checked out very early and the clerk on duty refused to print out my itemized receipt. His exact words: "Get a receipt from Expedia since you ordered the room though them. If you wanted a printout you should have ordered the room directly from us."

The hotel itself is outdated and the shower did not have a definition of hot or cold. We had to turn it for like 5 minutes to finally get a somewhat warm shower without it burning or feeling too cold.
