“Great space. Nice king bed and spacious room including bathroom and shower even though it’s an older converted and renovated apace. Kitchen is perfect and had all we needed as only there one night. Views are great of River street and park and on 3rd floor. We were fine with stairs but other guests should note no elevator. We’ve stayed at this location before and it’s a great way to enjoy walkable Salida. . ”

“Great stay, other than the bed. Great location, clean and comfy but the bed left a lot to be desired. Very hard mattress and not enough pillows. Front door was finicky to get into the building, but it's over 100 years old so it's OK. Other than that 5 stars ”

“This condo is in the perfect spot - close to downtown Salida, for all the beer and food you want, and also in great location for hiking in any direction you travel. The Arkansas valley is one of our favorite places to visit, and this location helps you make the most of your time there.Giant bonus: there’s a bakery downstairs (the silver whisker) with phenomenal pastries, espresso, and sourdough bread. The place was very clean and easy to take care of.”

“We stayed here for a girls trip and this suite was just incredible. Beautiful, clean, light-filled space, great views of the mountains, really comfy beds. Location is incredible right by the river and all the cute ships and restaurants downtown. The Palace Hotel is iconic and so thankful we are able to stay here still! ”
