“Everything is good ,the staff was nice ! The hotel located in the town which there have a lot of restaurants and coffee shop Just one thing is if you travel by car the shuttle need to wait a bit long to arrive to drive you to pick up your car ,so the parking is 6 mins drive from hotel , but ur car can’t drive in to the road because it’s restricted road .I was waited for 40 mins for the shuttle bus when I check out . Apart from this problem everything was very good !”

Atendimento de alta qualidade, as 2 recepcionistas que nos atenderam foram extremamente atenciosas, nos deram boas dicas sobre o lago de garda e ficaram a disposição para o que precisássemos. Quarto muito confortável, tudo novo, moderno e automatizado.”

“Room was spotless and there was a lovely Valentine’s day set up when we arrived. Location is convent to downtown and bus stops. ”

“I love this hotel so much. it is very near the bus stop and the castle. They also provide free bicycle rental. I riding bicycle to travel. The room is clean and the breakfast is also good. i view the sunrise with the lake when i am having breakfast.”

“飯店位置好找，有停車場，對面就是湖，有湖邊散步步道，入住四人房，內有浴缸，但位置在一樓沒有面湖陽台，頂樓有住客可以去的面湖陽台，有健身器材，飯店有私人泳池，早餐挺好吃，步行到老城約20分鐘，服務人員都親切微笑，會主動打招呼關心，英語流暢”

“We arrived as a family of six (4 kids under 10) and the facilities were clean and as expected. We knew we would not be able to use the pool due to it being out of season. The reception staff led us to our room. The rooms we cleaned daily and the daily breakfast was excellent. We would stay here again perhaps when warmed. Very close to nice places to eat and not far from the tourist attractions. ”
