“Sensationell gutes Hotel, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommende Angestellte, schon die ersten Kontakte per Mail waren top. Große, sehr saubere Zimmer, extrem Hunde-freundlich (vorher die Regelungen checken!) und leckeres, umfangreiches Frühstück. Der Blick auf Verona ist alleine schon jeden Preis wert, auch darüber hinaus verfügt das 2013 renovierte und eröffnete Hotel über modernen Komfort bei gleichzeitig alter, herrschaftlicher Kulisse. Wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt und werden definitiv wieder……

“Fabulous room in the heart of Verona, you really can’t get a better location. The room we had was amazing, fitted out to a high specification with everything you need. Alessia on reception was very friendly and helpful and gave loads of tips on things to do and places to go. The bed was the best we slept on in Italy so far. Highly recommend this place and you won’t be disappointed. Verona is awesome and the best stop so far on our Italy adventure. ”

“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”
