“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“The location is prefect, just 5 minutes to the Arena and shopping area. Arianna is a extremely accommodating to your every need. The room is extremely clean, nice room with everything you need. The breakfast is great. We will definitely book this place if we go to Verona next time.”

“Not easy to get”

“Such a beautiful place—we really loved our stay. The design is stylish yet cosy, with so much attention to detail everywhere you look. Everything felt new, clean, and very well cared for. The garden is gorgeous and the pools are a highlight. We were also lucky to get an upgrade, which was a lovely touch. Most of all, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout. We’d definitely return!”
