Clearly these hosts take pride in their property and there was great attention to detail in the things available (kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels for the shower etc). This was a great place for our family to stay while in the UP to see family\friends and Pictured Rocks, we will be back! "

"Our family of 6 enjoyed our 5-night stay at Nevins Lake. The kitchen, family room, laundry facilities, and bathroom were excellent. Our kids enjoyed the lofted bedroom. The main floor bedrooms are simple but worked well for us. The grounds are spacious, and the view from the back yard is beautiful. We enjoyed the firepit and back patio table, both with lake views. The tiki torches and unlimited firewood made for great times around the fire. The availability of 4 kayaks (1-person each), a canoe, a paddleboat, and a rowboat made it easy for all of us to get out on the water at the same time. Highlights for us included swimming in the lake and fishing (good pike, smallmouth bass, and bluegill fishing; largemouth bass are available as well).The house is closer to the Pictured Rocks attractions than we expected. Our favorites were the Log Slide Overlook, Grand Sable dunes, Hurricane River hike along Lake Superior, Chapel Rock, and Miners Beach/Castle."
