"I loved my visit to the Graystone. While I travel very frequently and globally, staying in some very posh places, I found the staff at Graystone to be the most welcoming and friendly. The room was perfectly clean as well as a perfect and comfy bed!. The free breakfast was one of the very best I've ever had offered as well. Thank you Graystone Lodge!."

"Terrible breakfast. There is no breakfast buffet, their online description is highly deceptive and misleading. There was some lukewarm coffee, a few dry bagels, muffins and toast. No eggs, no links, no bacon… nothing warm. Then the manager had the audacity to tell me that I didn’t even qualify for any breakfast since I didn’t book directly with the hotel. Expedia members don’t count. I also qualified as a VIP guest which they ALSO didn’t honor (no free beverage). Small stuff like that ruins your vacation, especially since the listing boasts about their breakfast! I can eat elsewhere, but the manager felt like blaming ME for not booking with them directly. "

"This is a really nice budget-friendly option. I stayed for nearly a week while in town for work. My room was clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast was above average. However, the pillows were unusually uncomfortable: far too thin for comfort, and yet, too thick to double up. I ended up folding a towel under my pillow for more support. I still lost sleep and had neck pain for several days after my trip. Would I stay here again? Sure, but I would be sure to bring my own pillow."
