"For the price that we paid for the room it was very clean. Very nice huge TV. Everything was nice to look at look like everything was in good shape. The beds were comfortable. Didn’t use the swimming pool, but it was available. The staff were very nice. very complementary would recommend this stay."

"I was a bit concerned on the way to the hotel since some of the reviews were less than good. I am happy to say the room and hotel were clean. Staff was pleasant. A few issues: 1) I was in room 127. Ground level. One of the windows to the outside could not be locked and there was no screen on that window. I had a metal item that I was able to use to keep it from being opened from the outside. This needs to be fixed. 2) the east door to the parking lot seemed to be unlocked at all times, even at night. It had a card reader for security, but it was either broken or just not activated. This is a relatively safe area, but security is always important. 3) Room only had one washcloth and I asked for another but they were all out. I was given a couple of smaller handtowels. Some attention to these things would elevate overall ratings, I am sure."

"Family run place. Very clean which is the most important thing when looking for a quick stay. Let us check in at 10:30 which was incredibly helpful. We were in town for a local race and the perfect location for a hotel near the Hennepin 100"

"Under remodeling. Long ways to go. Should be a great hotel when finished. Our room had been remodeled, it was great. Breakfast and Bar/restaurant are a work in progress. Great potential someday."

"The location was just what I was looking for. We never saw a person while there. The check in was all virtual and was a little clunky but very quick response. If you like traveling and being introduced by a nice person, none of that at all. The house is older but updated and we liked it. There are very STEEP stairs getting to the bedrooms. I would NOT stay here at all unless you can do very thin and steep stairs The outdoors is wonderful. I would stay here again but personally feel the stairs are an issue and would not allow small kids or adults who are weak at all use them."
