Premises is totally in need of an update. At the time of check in, one lady was kinda rude. It was about 15 minutes till check in time and she refused to hand us the keys. Our 1 bedroom was falling apart. Drawers were falling off the cabinet. Decor was very old and outdated. When we went to the pool there was a large group of kids in the pool playing games and being loud and splashing all the time. Then a large group came in with loud music that was not comfortable while we were there. Would probably not recommend this facility to anyone or would not stay here again in the future.

Found dead bugs; no other towels, bed sheets, or toiletries. No clean supplies available, and no one is coming to clean the place, especially since staying in the place for a long time.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. We liked that there were 2 chairs to sit in, refrigerator was nice and cold and it was quiet on the 3rd floor. The TV didn’t work but staff helped us move to the room next to us when they couldn’t fix the one in our original room. We will book it again.

Upon arrival, check-in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and greeted me every time I came and went, always saying things like, "Have a great day!" or "Welcome back!" Their hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I'm usually not a fan of hotel breakfasts, but everything was hot, fresh, and well-stocked. The staff refilled the food frequently, so nothing ran out and everyone had plenty to choose from. The pool was advertised as heated, but it wasn't. That wasn't a big issue for me, though. My boyfriend used the gym, which was clean and had a decent selection of equipment. I stayed in a king room with a sofa. My only complaints were that the refrigerator didn't get as cold as I would have liked, and the bathroom was quite small. It wasn't comfortable for two people to be in there at the same time. My mom stayed in a room with a single queen bed. Her bathroom was larger than mine, but it lacked counter space for toiletries and only had a single sink. Her room also didn't have a closet, so she had to hang her clothes on hooks in the living area. The surrounding neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but I never felt concerned about the safety of my vehicle or belongings. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.
