Nice place to stay in Louisville. You can walk to the Slugger Louisville museum and also downtown is very close. The only inconvenience I had was a very noisy air conditioning unit in my room.

Very nice hotel and excellent service! After arriving after midnight because of a car accident, the front desk person and security officer were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure that we made it safely to the parking garage and back. Breakfast was great and the room was clean and spacious.

Room was not clean; hairs on towels and a footprint on the bedsheets; no tissue in the bathroom; microwave left with time on it when we arrived; blinds were electric and didn't work - switch plate was hanging out of the wall, heat was blasting in late July when we arrived and room was unbearable for some time; paid Expedia for parking in advance which we arrived without receiving a code to enter at the parking garage - price was also more expensive that paying the garage directly, even without validating through the hotel. For the price, this was by far the worst hotel I've stayed in and worst experience overall with Expedia.

This is a large Holiday Inn Express. Well managed, plenty of food for breakfast and plenty of room to set down for breakfast. Nice TV lounge with plenty of comfortable chairs to visit with friends. Close to walkable activities and restaurants. Would stay here again.

When we first arrived our floor in the hallway and bathroom wasn’t swept or mopped it was very sticky, it took them 2 days before anyone finally did anything about that. Our shower head came loose that had to be fixed, one of the bedside table lights wasn’t even in the lamp and each time we went down to ask/tell them what was going on and ask for it to be done the first thing out of the staff was them asking if we wanted to change rooms. That wasn’t an option since we had a party of 4 that included a little one and a lot of baggage, we just wanted it to be cleaned and done. Other than that it was and ok stay it is quiet there but I feel like higher management needs to put in more effort into making their hotel a better experience for all next time.

The room was fabulous, even if our view was of parking lots, but we did have a partial view of the Louisville Slugger Bat. We loved the large windows, the room was roomy. The bed and pillows were extraordinary !!! We were talking about the bed & pillows for days after. And Fatima & KiKi were generous to share the information of where we can buy them. Breakfast was decent. Everything was accessible, within walking distance. I will definitely stay at another Holiday Inn Express again, especially in Louisville, KY.

The ladies checking people in were very nice and worked hard. There was a gentleman there that just made himself look busy but never helped anyone. The line was long for check in and he just walked back and forth picking up clipboards but never helped even though there was an open station to help.
