Close to restaurants and activities, accommodations were nice and the staff friendly and helpful. Louisville is a very clean and safe town.
Very clean and nice view. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Great stay! Clean, friendly staff, comfortable room and beds!
Everyone friendly and room was clean and spacious. Wifi, hbo and showtime never worked despite being advertised as free and included

We had specific needs to make our stay in Louisville easier. The staff was VERY accommodating and eager to meet our needs. Our room was nice but kind and helpful staff are what really stand out.
Clean friendly nice breakfast will stay again, excited to see up and coming across street cafe and bed and breakfast
Beautiful old historic hotel in a classic style that was comfortable and welcoming to all. Staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make sure your stay was comfortable. Within walking distance to shopping and distillery tours. VIP club access was incredible. Had a wonderful happy hour ...
