"房間隔音非常的差，不只能聽到走廊上的所有對話，連隔壁房的聲音也能聽得到。隔壁沖馬桶的聲音大到我們以為是我們房間的廁所馬桶聲音。 房間裏放了很多酒、水、還有很多我們不需要的東西（不是只有在冰箱及Mini bar），扇子、帽子、衣服等等，每樣東西都有明碼標價（標價當然很好，讓住客知道這需要另外付費）但這些商品佔據了房間內的空間，也讓人住起來很無法放鬆。"

The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
