“This property was exactly as described - a small room + bathroom in a larger house that has been subdivided to have multiple sublets. The room was clean and had all I needed for a short stay. “We stayed at this VRBO during the January 2025 California Fires which were just on the borderline of the area. The communication with the owners was spectacular. We had a family emergency which brought us to California and with the fires this compounded our stress. The owners, however, were so amazing at sharing information and putting us to ease. The Bungalow is in a terrific location, supplied with the basics, convenient location, clean, safe and very comfortable! Our stay was wonderful...

“We had a group of ten and the two homes on the property accommodated us quite well. Everyone had their space and we comfortable with the bed and bathroom accommodations. Do note that the pool is ingested so outside of the summer months it will be too cold to use. We had not planned on using the pool but had not noticed until after the booking that it was unheated. We enjoyed our stay. ”
